I would not draft Peyton Manning in round 1-6 because of his obvious health concerns and questionable durability. If you're willing to take a chance on Peyton and can also get a Matt Ryan or Jay Cutler, Manning could be worth the risk and allow you to spend more valuable picks on top RBs, WRs and TE
